TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VECTYPE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in the State of Texas.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the date at the top of these Terms and, in some cases, provide additional notice. By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

Some of our Services may be offered on a subscription basis. If you purchase a subscription: • Payment will be charged to your account at confirmation of purchase • Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan • You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your account settings • Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription • All prices are subject to change without notice, although we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of price changes in advance As per Apple's requirements, the following terms apply to subscriptions purchased through Apple's App Store: • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase • Subscription automatically renews unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period • You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase • Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription to that publication
